This patient is 3 months post-op from a Tummy Tuck with Waist Liposuction, and her results are a perfect example of how these two procedures work together.

After undergoing a gastric sleeve and losing a significant amount of weight, her main concern was the overhanging skin on her abdomen.

We utilized a Tummy Tuck to directly excise the loose skin and repair the abdominal wall. However, simply removing the skin on the front of the stomach doesn't always address the shape of the waist. By adding targeted liposuction to her flanks and waistline, we were able to create a smooth, 360-degree contour.

One of the most common questions we get regarding this procedure is about scarring. During an otoplasty, the incision is strategically placed entirely behind the ear, right in the natural crease. This means the surgical access point is incredibly difficult to detect. It is easily covered by hair, and even when your hair is pulled back, the scar is exceptionally discreet.
