While the breast implants were placed to add gorgeous all-over volume, the unilateral lift was strategically performed on just one side to correct a naturally asymmetric ni**le position and create a balanced contour.

At only 4 weeks out, it is completely normal for her implants to still be sitting a bit high on the chest! As she continues to heal over the next few months, they will naturally "drop and fluff" into their final, relaxed position.
