POST PARTUM WEIGHT LOSS π
This Momma returned to program after the birth of her second baby. She wanted to prioritize breast feeding above all else, and ensure that weight loss did not jeopardize her supply. We kept loss SLOW and MODERATE and ensured water was HIGH and fat intake stable. She lost 15 pounds and we didn't lose supply β
