Meet Kevin ✨

He integrates his expertise in movement and corrective exercise with a holistic approach to wellness, helping clients optimize their health through personalized fitness and recovery strategies.

Before transitioning into his current work, Kevin coached group fitness at a local CrossFit gym, gaining valuable experience working with a wide range of individuals.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Kevin enjoys kayak fishing and continually perfecting his wood-fired pizza technique.
