We’re glad you appreciated the commonsense approach and that your foot pain improved so quickly. Helping patients feel better without unnecessary treatments is always our goal.

Should you stop running or exercising if you have heel pain? For runners and athletes, heel pain—especially plantar fasciitis—means the tissue on the bottom of your foot is under too much stress. Training through it can make the injury last longer.

In this video, I share what to do instead:
-When to pause or modify running
-Low-impact cardio options to stay fit
-Shoe and orthotic tips
-Simple at-home care to reduce pain
-When it’s safe to return to running

Early treatment and a smart plan can help you heal faster and avoid recurring heel pain.

She designed this training specifically to help our office provide better treatment for our patients.
