We offer a large variety of Osho meditations to help

support you in bringing awareness and presence to your everyday life through sharing scientific meditation techniques, practices, and spiritual wisdom. Each week, we have 5 meditations and 6 Osho discourses to help you connect and align with inner silence and stillness. Each month we have a Satsang meditation celebration with live music and an Osho video discourse. We also offer a variety of intensive workshops, events, and classes, as well as Counseling and In-Sight Card Reading to provide you with tools and support to help move through and grow in these most auspicious times in our collective awakening. Every Monday at 7-8:30 pm PDT online, we hold sacred space for the techniques of sharing and listening in our Sacred Sharing Circle Meditation. Each person will be given a set amount of time (usually 10-15 minutes, depending on the number of participants) to speak what is in their hearts and on their minds. It is spontaneous and flowing, allowing each person the possibility of hearing something within them unexpected and honoring of their truth. When not speaking, each participant will have the opportunity to for time to listen - an art of presence.

How many times during our day or week do we actually slow down to give ourselves time to hear within and truly listen to one another? It is this time that is so unique and sacred. Come join us online on Zoom to take time to listen and be heard in a way that perhaps you never have before! 🙏🏻❤️

THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE GATHERED AROUND ME ARE LOVERS -- not intellectually convinced of what I am saying, but existentially convinced of what I am. It is a question not decided by the mind, but something to be felt.

THAT'S WHY MY PEOPLE NEVER TRY TO CONVINCE ANYBODY. Knowing perfectly well that you don't have the eyes of a Majnu, WHAT IS THE POINT OF GOING INTO HAIRSPLITTING LOGIC? It is futile! They know perfectly well that it is not their intellect that has made them part of my Buddhafield, it is their heart. Something has started ringing in their heart -- A BELL HAS STARTED RINGING IN THEIR HEART.

THEIR HEART HAS FELT A NEW RELEASE OF ENERGY, A NEW DANCE. A new melody has been heard, NOT a new argument but A NEW MELODY.

Their heart was asleep, now they are awake. Their heart was like a desert. NOW THE SPRING HAS COME, now roses are flowering, bees are humming. Their inner beings are transformed. It is RELIGIOUSNESS.

RELIGIOUSNESS HAPPENS only when a Buddha or a Krishna or a Mahavira or a Christ is alive.

Welcome to the World of Meditation! (An Osho Meditation School) At the Center in Seattle, we offer a large variety of Osho’s (and other) meditations, to help support you with the challenges in life! Each week, we have four meditations to help you find the inner silence and stillness. Each month we have a Satsang meditation, with a delicious veggie potluck, live music, and an Osho video discourse. We often come together, as fellow travelers on the path of self discovery, in celebration of life’s amazing gifts! And, we offer a variety of workshops, events, and classes, as well as Counseling and Esogetic Color Therapy, to support you, as you navigate through the often challenging waters of life!
