There is still time to register and join us for our upcoming workshop, "Beyond Approval: Awakening Inner Acceptance," happening October 17-19, online and in-person! The cost for the workshop is $295, and payment plans can be arranged.

So many of us, through the course of our lives, have become disconnected from our innate sense of worthiness. We have learned to put on masks and seek approval from others, doubting or having forgotten completely, our innate sense of worth and capacities for self-acceptance and self compassion.

In this weekend workshop, we will start the process of inquiry and self-discovery around our experiences around WORTHINESS!

Through a blend of reflective exercises, small group discussions, meditation processes, and creative activities, participants will:

• Identify patterns and strategies around seeking approval from others
• Discover the underlying conditioning and beliefs that drive the need for acceptance
• Work with insightful self-compassion and self-acceptance techniques
• Use effective tools to connect with a resilient inner sense of worth
• Experience and explore actions that help set healthy boundaries and honor the creative nature within, without comparison

📢 Join us in person or online October 17-19 for our upcoming workshop, Beyond Approval: Awakening Inner Acceptance!

🤔 What is worthiness? It is usually defined as the quality of being “good enough” & of having inherent value. So, if worthiness is inherent in our being human beings, then why are we always looking to others to accept or approve of us? Why do we look to others to confirm that we are worthy? And why are we always berating ourselves for making mistakes, not being good enough, and generally being and feeling UNWORTHY? Do we EVER reach a place where our worthiness is complete? Or do we continually have to prove it – again and again?

These questions form the basis of this workshop. We will delve into how our learned notions of worthiness – and our NOT measuring up to them – have permeated virtually every aspect of our lives! They have created an amazing amount of pain and misery!
We’ll explore the strategies that we created as young children in order to prove our worthiness; and, what we have continued doing in order to be considered worthy.
