A simple morning ritual for spring 🌼
Drink a cup of chrysanthemum tea.
As you sip, imagine the flowers as little suns—
shining warmth into and through you.
In Chinese medicine, chrysanthemum is known to brighten the eyes and soothe the liver. When the liver is out of balance, it can show up as frustration, restlessness, muscle twitching, or insomnia—a feeling of being ungrounded or reactive.
Chrysanthemum cools and softens.
It carries a gentle, sunlike warmth into the heart, mind, and body.
As part of the Cloud Ghost spring ritual series, I’ll be sharing a chrysanthemum foot soak meditation—for grounding and brightness.
