Everyone blames burnout on stress. Wrong.

And definitely do not blame yourself!

It is a crisis of our culture and often, unfortunately, seen as a wrongful badge of honor.

Burnout is not just about managing stress better or working harder. It’s about your genetics + your lifestyle colliding.

I spent years (maybe decades) burnt out, fatigued, binge eating, anxious, depressed. Thought I was broken. Turns out, I just had the wrong variables in the equation.
