Provider Spotlight:🌟 Get to know Dr. Kapnadak 🌟

Dr. Kapnadak grew up in Oregon and earned her medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University. After completing her OB/GYN residency at the University of Virginia and practicing in Pittsburgh, she was excited to return to the Pacific Northwest. She joined Seattle OB/Gyn in 2015 and became part of Northwest Women’s Healthcare in 2024.
Board certified in obstetrics and gynecology and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Kapnadak is passionate about supporting women and their families through every stage of life. She values open communication and collaborative care, with special interests in VBAC, Pap smears, abnormal bleeding management, and contraception.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, traveling, reading, cooking, and being outdoors. 🌲📚🍳

January is Cervical Cancer Awareness Month 💙
Cervical cancer is often preventable with the right care.
The two most important steps are HPV vaccination (if eligible) and regular screening.

Women and individuals with a cervix should begin screening at age 21 and continue through at least age 65, based on recommended guidelines.

✨Provider Spotlight: Dr. Molly Levine ✨

Meet Dr. Molly Levine, one of our amazing OB/GYNs at Northwest Women’s Healthcare!
A Seattle native, Dr. Molly completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Washington, where she served as Chief Resident and received the Figge Award for Surgical Excellence.
She provides full-scope OB/GYN care — from routine visits to high-risk pregnancies — with special interests in minimally invasive surgery, abnormal Pap management, and adolescent gynecology.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll find her hiking with her husband and two dogs, skiing, cooking, or lost in a good book.
We’re so grateful to have her on our team, continuing a family legacy of compassionate, patient-centered care.
