Happy Chinese New Year! Now we begin Spring and the Year of the Ox. Spring is a time of regrowth and recommitment. Ox teaches us the benefits of slow and steady practice and paying attention to fundamentals.

Come practice Spring Qigong - special meditations, movements and breathing exercises to rekindle our banked fire from the winter and carefully feed it with qi nourishment to grow our source of energy and joy to last the year!

Jean Clough has studied with 2 different lineages, training in person with the Chinese Grandmasters of both schools for 20 years. SABA is currently closed due to COVID-19, except for clients with acute pain, stress or anxiety IF receiving massage would help keep a client from needing emergency services. Jean Clough, LMT and Heather Owens, LMT are offering 45 minute virtual relaxation/Reiki sessions. AND we are selling gift certificates and taking donations to help with our cash crunch in this time of being closed. WE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT! We will weather this and get back to work as soon as we feel it is safe!
