Meet our good friend, Ken. We love seeing him on our schedule as he always brings in the sunshine when he comes in. This is what he had to say about his experience with Hand and Stone:

"I have been with Hand & Stone for over 5 years. I typically have a 1.5 hour massage every two weeks. I'm retired and have suffered a number of sports injuries in my early days. I had usually been able to recover from my injuries, but found that I had just been compensating, in other words, chasing the injury around my body, leading to a multitude of problem areas. I started massage therapy as I was no longer able to fix things myself. I've found that over the 5 years, with massage therapists coming and going, the staff at the front desk has always been able to match my needs with an experienced therapist. For that I am grateful."

LaVida Massage in West Seattle is a family owned business with Father and Daughter as 50/50 partners. Our passion for our business is created every day when we experience the satisfaction from our many clients after they receive their massages. We see so many clients who are relieved from pain, soreness and stress that thank us on a regular basis. How can you not be passionate about helping so many people? We also love working with so many talented massage therapists who so sincerely take each and every clients issues as a personal mission to help to the best of their ability.
