Hey Friends! I am super excited to share this workshop with y'all on April 20th (yes I know the date...🌿).
This hour-and-a-half workshop is for people who struggle with or looking to deepen their relationship to their corporeal vessels.

The first hour will be recorded for those who can't make the Live and will be available on my website for future folks. We'll cover some fun (and foundational) topics like; how to use your Body as a Pendulum, & learning how to listen/ work with sensations/ imagery as Somatic Languaging.

The last 30 min will be for Q&A/ Experience sharing, & will not be recorded or available for those watching later.
