Join Us for The Great Synchronization

This Saturday March 21st, during the Spring Equinox, people all over the world are pausing together for 5 minutes of shared intention—hundreds of thousands joining in one collective breath.

I invite you to join me at our regular Heavily Meditated multi-sensory meditation, where we will connect with this global movement. Inspired by the Maharishi Effect, this practice shows that when a group of people come into a calm, coherent, heart-centered state, it can ripple out, creating positive energy far beyond the individual.

This is exactly what we practice every Saturday, as we send out the energy of Oneness that we co-create, to the world at large. At the end of our regular Kirtan Kriya meditation, we will sit in 5 minutes of silence and then together we will speak these four words together:

Peace • Love • Unity • Respect

It’s simple. It’s powerful. And it’s exactly the energy we cultivate here every day.

Today marks one full year since we opened our doors in the heart of the West Seattle Junction, and what a beautifully transformative year it has been. What began as a vision has blossomed into a living, breathing community—filled with connection, healing, laughter, and shared moments of magic. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you who has walked through our doors, supported our offerings, and grown alongside us. Truly, this space exists because of you, and we feel so honored to be on this journey together.

They say a community that plays together, stays together—and we couldn’t agree more! Inspired by the stunning planetary parade lighting up our skies, we gathered at Constellation Park to witness Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn stretching across the horizon in a rare, beautiful line.

Laughter, awe, and shared wonder rippled through our group as we pointed, gasped, and simply marveled together. Moments like this remind us that when we show up for each other—and for the magic all around us—we create connections that last far beyond the stars.

Next Cosmic Wonder this Tuesday, March 3, 2026, with a stunning total lunar eclipse that will bathe the Moon in deep red light, creating a mesmerizing “Blood Moon” visible from the western U.S. in the pre-dawn hours.

Our beautiful shop greets you before you even step inside. The flowers, purple clematis — painted across the exterior walls, blooming from the pots along the sidewalk, and cascading above the doorway with soft primrose — welcome you home and gently reconnect you to the earth. There is something about being met by flowers that reminds the nervous system it is safe to soften.

Inside, you can exhale. Truly. The energy invites you to slow down, relax, and explore at your own pace. Whether you need quiet, guidance, a meaningful conversation, or simply space to wander, you are always welcomed and supported exactly as you are in that moment. This is a place of absolute love and a little bit of magic — the kind that helps you feel more connection to yourself, to your life and to your community.

Tomorrow, Inner Alchemy is joining the nationwide general strike.
We believe that tending to ourselves and tending to our community are not separate acts. In moments of collective pause, presence becomes medicine.
While our register will remain closed in solidarity, our doors will be open from 12–4pm as a space of care, grounding, and connection. You are welcome to come as you are—no fixing, no explaining.
We’ll be offering community meditations, sound healing, alongside a quiet, supportive space to rest, breathe, and feel held. This is an offering from the heart, for our community.

Today is about slowing down, listening deeply, and remembering that we are not meant to carry everything alone.

Today our Kundalini Yoga Class is moving to a new time.

6-7:30pm every Wednesday

Over the next ten weeks, our Kundalini Yoga journey will gently move through the Ten Bodies—the yogic map of wholeness that teaches us how we experience life through body, mind, and spirit. These Ten Bodies include the physical body, three aspects of the mind, and six subtle energy bodies that shape our intuition, resilience, radiance, and sense of self. Rather than something to “master,” the Ten Bodies offer a compassionate lens for understanding where we feel strong, where we feel tender, and how we can come back into balance. Each class will focus on one body at a time through movement, breath, mantra, and meditation, inviting greater awareness, steadiness, and integration—supporting you in feeling more aligned, resourced, and whole in your daily life.

We have been offering Kundalini Yoga for over 8 years.  Why?

Kundalini Yoga offers simple, accessible tools that support the nervous system in feeling more grounded and steady, especially in the face of change and uncertainty. Through gentle movement, breath, and moments of stillness, the practice helps the body learn how to move out of stress and back into balance at a natural pace.

For me, Kundalini Yoga has been a major part of how I stay rooted and present when the unexpected arises—it gives me a way to meet life as it is, rather than feeling knocked over by it. This is not about pushing or fixing yourself, but about building trust with your own body and nervous system so you feel more resourced, resilient, and supported in everyday life.

In a healing landscape that is not formally regulated, discernment becomes an essential part of the path. The quality, safety, and depth of this work are shaped not only by the methods we learn, but by the ethics, humility, and responsibility of those who carry and teach it. I feel deeply grateful to have studied with teachers I respect and trust—people who lead with consent, integrity, and reverence for the power of healing.

Many of you have asked who I recommend as teachers, and in the spirit of transparency, lineage, and care for this community, I’m honored to share those who have profoundly shaped my own journey.

At the heart of my work is Shamanic Reiki, an earth-honoring path to wholeness that weaves the ancient, animistic roots of shamanism with the gentle yet profound intelligence of Reiki. My Reiki foundation was formed through in-person study with Marianne Streich of Reiki for Living, a deeply respected teacher with over two decades of experience, including extensive work in hospital settings. Her lineage—shaped by study with five Reiki masters—brings both depth and integrity, and she remains a cherished teacher I continue to learn from.

My sound work has been deeply influenced by Suren Shrestha of the Atma Buti Sound & Vibrational School, who carries a Himalayan lineage from Nepal and teaches a reverent, embodied relationship with singing bowls as living allies in healing.

Along the way, my studies have been complemented by Pranic Healing, a precise and no-touch energy system focused on cleansing and restoring the subtle body, through training with gifted teacher Gayle Nelson.

Together, these paths form a grounded, intuitive, and deeply respectful approach to healing—one that listens closely to body, spirit, and the living world, and supports meaningful, lasting transformation.

From a new location in the West Seattle Junction for our shop, to reopening the Inner Alchemy healing room, to the sacred journey to Egypt, Mount Shasta, London, Paris to community events that support global and local, to ceremonies and meditations and celebrations and dance parties and owe so much more.

Filled up and overflowing with joy, gratitude, and love.
