From a new location in the West Seattle Junction for our shop, to reopening the Inner Alchemy healing room, to the sacred journey to Egypt, Mount Shasta, London, Paris to community events that support global and local, to ceremonies and meditations and celebrations and dance parties and owe so much more.

In 2026, I’m opening a limited offering for 10 people who are truly committed to their growth and healing through consistent, intentional support.

For the first time, I’m offering a yearlong healing container: when you book 10 months of private energy healing sessions, you’ll receive 2 additional sessions as a gift, creating a 12-month journey of integration and support.

There is something truly powerful about choosing to sit together—to breathe, chant, and arrive in presence as a community. While solo meditation is beautiful, meditating in a group amplifies the experience. Our nervous systems co-regulate, our intentions strengthen, and the practice becomes easier, deeper, and more joyful when we are held in collective energy.

Each week we gather with Kirtan Kriya, a sacred meditation known to support brain health, mental clarity, emotional balance, and nervous system regulation. This simple yet profound practice uses mantra, mudra, breath, and visualization to harmonize the hemispheres of the brain, release subconscious patterns, and gently rewire us for greater peace and vitality.

But just as important as the practice itself is the people. The laughter, the devotion, the familiarity of faces, the quiet commitment of showing up week after week. This is community medicine. This is ritual. This is what happens when we choose to be heavily meditated together.

Free meditation has been part of Inner Alchemy’s heartbeat since we opened our doors in 2017, but it was two years ago that I felt called to bring back a weekly practice. In the beginning, it was just a few of us — gathered in a circle, breathing together, doing our best to settle in while the cots upstairs made truly impressive amounts of noise. I still remember that first meditation on love and opening the heart, and how I jokingly called it “an advanced class” because of all the distractions. That night, I decided to try Kirtan Kriya, hoping the multi-sensory experience would help us stay centered… and something beautiful began. Voices opened. Hearts softened. Chanting together created a felt sense of belonging and support that went far deeper than I ever expected. As people shared their experiences each week, the healing grew, the connection expanded, and a real community began to form.

This practice has brought so much joy into my life.

In the summers, when we moved our meditations to Schmitz Park, the magic followed us — held by trees, birdsong, and the softness of the land. Week after week, this circle has become a place to rest, to remember who we are, and to rediscover what it means to be in true community.

This Saturday, we gather to celebrate all that has unfolded through Heavily Meditated: the courage, the vulnerability, the laughter, the healing, the voices rising together, and the quiet moments that have changed us. I’m deeply grateful for every person who has shown up, breathed with us, and helped make this practice what it is.

Dear Friends,

Many of you know how deeply I’ve been touched by the teachings of Suren Shrestha and the Atma Buti® Sound Healing School. Suren, a master teacher from Nepal, has carried the ancient Himalayan art of sound healing to the West with such reverence and love — and I’m honored to continue this lineage here at Inner Alchemy in West Seattle.

When we gather for a Sound Healing Meditation, it’s more than just listening to beautiful tones. It’s a shared journey — a time to rest, release, and be held in the collective field of sound and intention. As the vibrations of the hand-hammered bowls, gongs, and chimes move through the space, they invite deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and a sense of connection — both within ourselves and with each other.

Each bowl we use is crafted in Nepal from seven sacred metals, infused with mantra and prayer — a living vessel of peace and harmony. I love sharing these authentic Himalayan bowls at Inner Alchemy, where you’re always welcome to come listen, feel, and discover the bowl that truly resonates with your heart.

You are invited to join us this Sunday for a Sound Healing Meditation is from 1-2:30pm. A portion of all ticket sales going to Soul Medicine, supporting the Aama Orphanage Education Foundation in Nepal — a cause close to my heart. Founded by Suren and Ruby Shrestha, AOEF provides education and opportunities for orphaned and disadvantaged children, especially girls, in Eastern Nepal.
