Our teachings with maestra Sofia continue through end of summer! We are grateful for all that is arriving in July and August to help us continue our work of reconnecting and remembering our roots and our medicine.

In addition to facilitating private sessions for curative massages and limpias/energy cleanses, maestra Sofia is a dedicated and generous teacher. We have already received so much from her traditional medicine ways and shared wisdom - and that’s only from a few hours spent in circle.

October arriving with support for release, allowing for deepening in our ability to gain clarity

In light of tomorrow’s eclipse closure, it was such a blessing to be in cacao circle at home with family to prepare for these days of transformation. A good way to honor & support our needs, before giving to others. A way to celebrate in authentic expression. What a gift, for each other and those we interact with in our everyday lives.

With gratitude & compassion, I’m sitting now and calling in the medicine to carry on with loving guidance as we move through this month. May we relate to each other with grace and compassion, making space for healing and creation.

I sat with what to share, what to say and why
Then remembered the teachings of an elder who recently transitioned, and decided to show up simply because I am alive and doing the work with an open heart and good intentions

Surrender to your heart’s wisdom

October is calling us inward
