Dear Live Love Flow Community,

I’m reaching out to share an important and exciting update — Live Love Flow will be under new ownership effective October 15th 2025 led by Vandita Tripathi.

It has been an incredible journey building this community with all of you. Your support, energy, and dedication have been the heart of Live Love Flow, and I’m deeply grateful for every moment we’ve shared — on and off the mat.

The new owners are passionate about continuing the spirit of this space and ensuring a smooth transition. Class schedules, memberships, and offerings will continue as usual, and you can expect the same warmth, flow, and connection that have always defined our studio.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for being part of this beautiful chapter. It has been my honor to share this space and this practice with you.

Self-Love

We understand that while yoga can stand alone as a whole practice, the intensity of low-impact Indoor Cycling and Strength Training classes have a wide range of additional benefits to the cardio-respiratory system.
