This free assessment-style workshop helps you determine if your body is truly ready to get back to running postpartum!

You’ll be guided through research backed screens used to evaluate readiness for running. Walk away with personalized insight, clear next steps, and a better understanding of how to safely rebuild before hitting the pavement.

This class is only for those who have been cleared by their provider to return to exercise and who are at least 12 weeks postpartum.

Join us for a FREE ‼️Community Sound and Energy Healing Circle for Veterans on Monday, Memorial Day 5/25! This event is open for anyone who has served in the military looking for a safe, supportive and communal space to help manage daily stress, anxiety, PTSD and depression.

We will begin with a Healing Circle offering a confidential and non-judgmental space in sharing experiences, trauma, and challenges in life, and we will practice Energy Healing as a connected group.

The second half of the event will be enjoying the magic of Maggie’s Sound Healing, inviting you back home to your heart with self-love, self-compassion and self-acceptance.
