Welcome to Kaizen Physical Therapy

We are an independently owned clinic located in the heart of Seattle's U-district with plentiful free parking spots. The clinic has 4 physical therapists and is managed by a group of wonderful people. We focus on practicing with good technique and cultivating long-lasting relationships with our patients.
