đź’ŞTry this External Shoulder Rotation exercise! Start with a towel tucked under one elbow and a resistance band around the same elbow. Keep that arm straight while bending the other arm at a 90 degree angle and grabbing the resistance band. With controlled movements, repeatedly pull the resistance band across your torso as shown in the video. 3 Sets, 10 Reps.
