Ballard Plaza Pharmacy is excited to announce that we have joined Axis Pharmacy Northwest as of July 16, 2018. We will continue to serve you from our new location in Mountlake Terrace. We will be located at Gateway Place at 6007 244th Street SW , Mountlake Terrace, WA 98043. We are pleased to now offer AMPLE FREE parking, and we hope our new location will be convenient for you. We will still be able to mail prescriptions as we always have. Our new hours will be Monday through Friday 9am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm.
We have been providing custom compounded prescriptions for over 20 years. We thank you greatly for your support and value the relationships that we have grown with you, and with our community in Ballard. However, with increased demand and numerous changes to laws regulating compounding pharmacies, we have outgrown our current location. We will now be working from a new, state-of-the-art facility, which will allow us to continue to provide patients with the highest quality compounds, work more seamlessly and efficiently, and expand our line of compounds and services in the future.
All of our regular staff members will be coming along, so you will hear familiar voices on the phone and see all the same familiar faces when you visit. We will continue to provide you with the same personalized service and counseling you’ve come to expect from Ballard Plaza Pharmacy.
