HIGHLY recommend on Delridge to all in West Seattle. It's a wonderful market with purposefully low pricing to help people with lower income and food insecurity but is open to all! They had all the staples a regular grocery store would have. Lots of organics and great produce selection! This wonderful WS based company does SO much for our community! Not only for the food bank, but also, schools. Highly recommend stopping by, you'll be pleasantly surprised! Great store for kiddos as well with snacks and fun things for them.

Had a guest in today, I've been working with her in Seattle for close to 16 years- it's been a minute. I've watched her life shift, I've witnessed challenges, triumphs and lots of transition.

Nothing brings me greater joy than to be an unwavering believer in all the wonderful things to come.

Treating skin is a gift I'm ever so grateful for - touching humans is a highly underestimated energetic transaction. I feel so much gratitude everyday for the the opportunity to connect not only physically but also, to people's vulnerability and truth. It's a very sacred space we've created together.
