Dear Friends and Valued Guests,

I wanted to share some important updates with you.

I started Skincare by Casey back in 2007 in a small room inside Envy at Alki Skin Boutique after relocating West from Florida. Fast forward seven wonderful years on California Avenue, I then found our current home — a quiet, unassuming sanctuary at the junction, complete with 32 private parking spaces. It’s truly been a beautiful journey, and I am so grateful for every step along the way!

Throughout it all, community, connection, and giving back have always been at the core of what we do — and that will never change, even as I pivot some of my time to focus on an exciting new business venture.

In addition to skincare, I have always loved fashion and have recently launched another business, reselling new apparel and shoes for men, women, and children from Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. I’m able to sell these current, high-end pieces at a deep discount. It’s been a fun and fulfilling midlife pivot, and the business is growing rapidly! With this new business and shifting some of my time, I’ll be focusing on my established facial guests and will be discontinuing body waxing services. However, Mackenzie and Kailey are incredible Master Estheticians and are available and accepting new clients for skincare treatments, lash enhancements, and facial waxing. Kailey works Sundays, and Mackenzie will be available Fridays after a brief summer break. I will continue to work one to two days a month (Thursdays) to care for my regular clients and hope to increase my availability as time allows and I navigate these changes.

Professional products are active enough to cause cell regeneration and activate skin cells to change. Cosmetic products can feel nice and provide a sense of visual improvement, but they do not change the cell structure of your skin. [4] So, enjoy cosmetics, but spending tons of money on them is unnecessary. Please feel free to ask questions about products here or during your next visit.

HIGHLY recommend on Delridge to all in West Seattle. It's a wonderful market with purposefully low pricing to help people with lower income and food insecurity but is open to all! They had all the staples a regular grocery store would have. Lots of organics and great produce selection! This wonderful WS based company does SO much for our community! Not only for the food bank, but also, schools. Highly recommend stopping by, you'll be pleasantly surprised! Great store for kiddos as well with snacks and fun things for them.
