Did you know tightness in the hips can often cause lower back pain?
We have many clients come in complaining about chronic lower back pain and no matter how much they stretch their low back they can't find relief. Anytime I have someone come in with this complaint I check out how their glutes and hip flexors are doing, usually finding limited range of motion and a lot of tension!
After using techniques like this pin & stretch and jostling of the hip a lot of our clients feel the relief they've been searching in their lower back. At the end of the session we will educate them on the connectedness between the areas and how give some self care tips to help address the area at home.
