This 47 year old female disliked the loose and fatty appearance of her abdomen and heavy sagging appearance of her breasts. She was treated with a tummy tuck, liposuction of the waist and hips, a breast reduction and liposuction of the pre-axillary region. She is delighted with her new look. Post op photos were taken six months after surgery. The surgeons at Sound Plastic Surgery frequently treat patients that are not at an ‘ideal’ body weight . Very few patients are at an ‘ideal’ body weight when they come to us. This patient group presents with substantial tissue laxity after bariatric surgery and massive weight loss. The surgeons in our practice operate together to safely and efficiently complete these operations on an outpatient basis. This patient had a circumferential lower body lift, brachioplasty (arm lift), breast lift and augmentation done at a single operation. Several months later, she had a medial thighplasty (thigh lift) procedure. She is delighted with her surgical result ! This 25 year old female disliked the heavy and sagging appearance of her breasts. She was treated with a bilateral breast reduction using an anchor pattern scar technique. This particular breast reduction technique provides excellent lifting and shaping for the reduced breast. The upper lip changes with facial aging, and more patients are paying attention to these early signs of aging. The upper lip tends to elongate and widen with age. The visible red lip (the vermilion) is concealed within the mouth as the white lip lengthens. The corners of the lip (oral commisure) appear to droop and sag. A Lip Lift procedure is custom designed for each patient to lift the upper lip and restore a more youthful appearance. This 57 year old woman was treated with a Lip Lift procedure. She was not treated with any lip fillers, such as Juvéderm. She is just six weeks post op, and is not wearing cover up makeup. Her fine line pink scars along the base of her nose will fade with time. This 26 year old disliked the sagging of her left breast and also wanted a breast augmentation. She was treated with a one-sided breast lift (mastopexy) on her left side and breast augmentation on both sides using a 360 cc smooth round silicone implant. She was treated with a combined breast lift (mastopexy) and breast augmentation using a smooth, round 310 cc silicone implant. She also had a tummy tuck with a substantial amount of liposuction to the abdomen, waist and hip areas.
