Recipes to help you cook more.

I started this page because I found that it was really hard to find things I couldn’t eat without getting sick or dumping. I love to cook, maybe it has something to do with being Italian and Puerto Rican.

I wanted people to start cooking at home again and I feel if I can supply recipes, then it will help all of us on this journey we are all on for the rest of our life’s. I am also hopping that others will also share there favorite recipes. We have a really big community why not help everyone succeed. I am not a Doctor or a Nutritionist or even in the medical field, some recipes may not work for you because everyone is different.

While bariatric surgery is not the “easy way” as some people think, you should be enjoying life! Enjoying life to the utmost involves enjoying great-tasting food. The goal for life after bariatric surgery should be to improve your health, but also enjoying life.

Of course the bariatric life requires discipline and commitment, so use these recipes to stay on your path to a “new you” and stay away from bland, tasteless meals!
