Cornerstone Healthcare Training is growing, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people solve problems and get answers quickly.

In this role, you’ll support students and customers helping them with course questions, registrations, and account access.

What you'll do

☑️Answer inbound calls, messages, chat, and email
☑️Help students navigate courses and registration
☑️Troubleshoot basic account or access issues
☑️Route complex requests to the appropriate team
☑️Keep accurate records in our support system

We're looking for someone who

👉 Communicates clearly and professionally
👉 Enjoys helping people succeed
👉 Is comfortable working across multiple web tools
👉 Works well independently in a remote environment
👉 Pays attention to details
👉 Ideally speaks both English and Spanish

Heads up for caregivers working toward certification: the Department of Health (DOH) will temporarily pause licensing and credentialing services from March 18 at 5pm through the morning of March 24 while they complete an upgrade to their online licensing system.

If your license renewal falls during these dates, be sure to renew before March 18. Draft applications in the system should also be completed or opened to ensure they are saved.
