Hello all,
I know this is a time in our world that feels and is in some ways, completely out of our control. But, what we can do, is our best to help ourselves and each other. Be kind to yourselves and bring that intention to every thought and action you take, be it online, outdoors, in your room, in your home.
And, try doing this set of acupressure points as daily as you can. They can relieve stress greatly. We know stress is a major contributor to lowering immunity and becoming susceptible to contracting virus or other undesirable conditions. So please try pressing on these points everyday.
