We believe in enriching the lives of older adults through meaningful, creative experiences. Our art classes give residents the opportunity to express themselves, learn new techniques, and connect through shared creativity.

Bayview held its 8th Annual Rain Gutter Regatta, a beloved tradition where residents test their sailing skills by racing hand-crafted miniature sailboats down a water-filled aluminum gutter. With creativity, competitive spirit, and plenty of wind power, each participant brought their A-game.

After a series of lively heats and enthusiastic cheers from the crowd, this year’s Bayview Cup winner is Richard White! 🏆

On Wednesday, July 9, Bayview celebrated the groundbreaking of its Phase II campus upgrades, marking the next chapter in our 64-year legacy of service in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood. Following the completion of Phase I—which featured building-wide window and balcony enhancements—Phase II will introduce nine spacious two-bedroom terrace apartments, an expanded fitness and wellness center, a redesigned front entrance and lobby, a new second-floor resident lounge, and relocating the Bistro to Bayview’s iconic 10th Floor Sky Cloud. With a trusted team leading the way— Rice Fergus Miller Architecture and Planning (Architects), RDH Building Science Inc. (Project Management), and Aldrich + Associates, Inc. (General Contractor)—construction begins this month, with phased completion anticipated over the next 12 months.
