✨ Out of my comfort zone ✨
I don’t post many selfies, but this past weekend and in Arizona, I did something different. A few things, actually.
This weekend was full of “firsts” for me. I rode in a Waymo for the first time, stepped out to meet incredible new people I didn’t really know yet (and I’m so glad I did), and spent the weekend surrounded by amazing humans who share the same passion I do which helping people thrive through hormone optimization and better health.
I had my hair done at Dry Bar, and even went for a makeup lesson at Nordstrom (highly recommend, by the way!). It felt so good to take time for myself, something I’ve been working on making more space for. I even designed my own cowboy hat!
All of this reminded me that in order to become the person you want to be, you’ve got to do things that stretch you a little. Growth doesn’t happen in the comfort zone.
Here’s to continuing to step out with better hair, a little lipstick, and a lot more confidence 💁‍♀️💄Oh, and the new cowboy hat made by yours truly.
