This patient is currently one month into her breast augmentation recovery. At this early stage of the healing journey, it is completely normal and expected for the implants to sit high and feel a bit tight on the chest.

Over the next several months, the skin and underlying muscle tissue will gradually relax to accommodate the new volume. As the body adjusts, the implants will naturally settle into their final, lower position on the chest wall. This patient is 6 months post-op from her breast augmentation. At this stage of healing, the implants have fully settled into their final, natural position.
