This patient recently underwent Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS). It is important to understand that FFS is not a single procedure, but a comprehensive, uniquely customized set of surgeries designed to align the patient’s physical appearance with their gender identity and alleviate gender dysphoria.
Her Surgical Plan:
Upper Face: We performed an FUT Hair Transplant to lower and round out the hairline. This was combined with Brow Bone and Orbital Bone Reduction to open the eyes, plus a Brow Lift.

This patient is 11 months post-op from a Breast Augmentation using 300cc Medium Height, High Projection Anatomical implants.

Why Anatomical Implants? Also known as "teardrop" implants, these form-stable implants are designed to mimic the natural slope of the breast. Because they are textured and structured, they can provide a subtle "internal lift" effect by expanding the lower pole of the breast and supporting the ni**le position, often without needing a full surgical lift.

The incision was placed in the inframammary fold (the crease under the breast). At 11 months, the scar has healed beautifully and is well-concealed within the natural fold.
