At 10 months post-op, this patient’s 440cc Medium Height, High Profile anatomical implants are fully settled. The inframammary incision hidden in the breast fold is now well-healed and discreet.

We utilized the dual plane technique for this procedure, placing the upper portion of the implant under the chest muscle and the lower portion under the breast tissue. This ensures optimal soft tissue coverage and a smooth, natural-looking upper slope.

While anatomical (teardrop) implants can offer a mild lifting effect due to their shape, they are not a substitute for a mastopexy. Patients requiring a structural lift will still need a traditional breast lift procedure combined with their augmentation for the best outcome.

Dr. Khezri was a deeply valued member of our team and friend to many of us. Serving as one of our anesthesiologists and aesthetic injectors, his caring demeanor and silly jokes were a constant source of comfort for our patients.

In 2007, he and his wife, Dr. Javadi, moved to the United States with their two sons. Together, they built remarkable lives, celebrating milestones like Dr. Javadi opening her own private periodontics practice in 2019.

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we share the tragic and unexpected passing of Dr. James Khezri and his beautiful wife. We are completely heartbroken by this unimaginable loss.
Dr. Khezri was so much more than an exceptional physician to his patients—he was an amazing father, a devoted brother, and a deeply cherished friend to all of us. We consider ourselves incredibly blessed to have had him as a part of our lives and our practice family.
He was a genuinely kind soul with a rare gift for making everyone around him laugh. The light and warmth he brought into the clinic every single day will be missed beyond measure, but we will forever hold onto the endless, beautiful memories we created together.

We are checking in on this fantastic patient 1 month after his Chest Reconstruction Surgery! His primary goal was to achieve a completely flat chest without ni**le grafts.

What does healing look like at 1 month? By week 4, the initial recovery phase is mostly complete. The incisions are fully closed, and the patient can typically transition out of his compression binder and begin early scar massage therapy. Because he chose not to have ni**le grafts, he bypassed the delicate graft-healing phase, allowing for a very streamlined and straightforward recovery.
