Times are tough - this is what I know to do help. 🌀

I’m leading Reiki Level 1 training April 6 & 27 2-6pm at MindBodyHum. This training aims to provide a strong foundation for introduction to energy basics and healing techniques through the lens of traditional Usui Reiki. Students will learn about the origins of Reiki through study of its history and founding principles. Students will receive their first Reiki Level 1 attunement through ritual to align their physical body with this energy and explore self healing.

Hello ✨ I’m leaning into a new chapter and a more authentically unabashed me. So this new calendar year 2025, and my next new year (welcome 45!) seem an appropriate time to try out a new name on this platform. encapsulates two sides of my multifaceted identity. While these two “sides” may perhaps be perceived outwardly as paradoxical, however my goal in living into my truest self is to bring it all to the table. “Western”, “Eastern”, scientific, metaphysical, and everything in between. Cheers to growth mindset and creative self expression for this year and forever more!

Looking forward to this collaboration with my Soundbath trainer .merat for our Winter Solstice Ritual to Reflect, Restore, and Renew on Dec 21 7-9pm

Today is the last day for our early bird pricing through 12/15 (the Full Moon)🌕

Create ritual around our transition into the new year and seasonal shift towards more light. We will offer space to set intentions, move, rest, and receive so that you can leave feeling refreshed and renewed with purpose.

We’ll begin with an opening meditation and opportunity to reflect, followed by an embodied Yin Yoga practice to balance the energy and prepare the body for rest as KC offers the healing touch of Reiki. We’ll end with a nourishing Yoga Nidra practice accompanied by a SoundBath, before a final Reiki offering to send you on your way.

Enjoy a parting gift of Reiki infused bath salts to continue the ritual and movement of energy after the workshop!

Tonight I lead my first solo play soundbath accompanying Scott’s Restorative Yoga class. It’s not too late to sign up 7:45-9pm. A perfect cap to a Tuesday evening.
