They feel centered, fully present, and able to hold their boundaries. As I was growing up, there were many things that happened that left me feeling disconnected and feeling that I didn't belong. Over time and with a great deal of inner work, I got a better sense of myself. I now have a deep love for me, a feeling that I do belong, and a sense that I am appreciated. When we let go of all the stuff that we carry around from our past, as well as what comes up through our daily lives, we become more connected to ourselves and others. Together we work on healing old traumas, resolving internal conflicts, and creating new choices. We set an agenda based on what they want to accomplish. I have a background in education, neuro linguistic programming (NLP), and energy work. I am an experienced educator and coach, a long-time student of psychology, meditation, spirituality, and healing. I enjoy watching my clients increase the ease, flow, and mastery of their daily lives. I love making this world a better place and empowering others to do the same. As an ESL mentor, I enjoy conversational English with those who are ready to practice this language with a native speaker. And as a content consultant, I help individuals and small businesses write the content that will help them clarify and share the benefits of what they offer.
