At the end of the day all three products are a neurotoxin that is derived from the bacteria Clostridium botulinum and work to temporarily reduce muscle activity.

Botox and Xeomin are most similar when comparing units to units and cost. Whereas Dysport requires more units but price per unit is less.

Interestingly, it has been found that people are building a resistance to Botox and Dysport because of an added protein on its structure. Therefore, Xeomin is sometimes referred to as the "naked injectable" because it does not have the additional protein and have not been found to cause resistance.
