Bhakti Yoga Healing was never something I set out to build.
It was something I slowly, quietly found my way into in moments of longing, in seasons of confusion, and in the ache of wanting something deeper than what the world could offer.
This path was given to me through people who didn’t just teach, they lived these truths.
🙏 The steady, fearless devotion of A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada
❤️ The humility and compassion of Radhanath Swami
🔥 The raw honesty and heart-centered guidance of Raghunath & Kaustubha das
🧘♀️ The therapeutic wisdom and reverence for the individual path from T. K. V. Desikachar
🌿 The deep, embodied understanding of natural Ayurvedic healing through Dr. Vasant Lad
Through them, I began to understand that healing is not about fixing what is broken.
It's about remembering that beneath the trauma, the grief, and the patterns, there is something whole that has never left.
You are not the body, you are not the mind, you are something DIVINE!
Bhakti Yoga Healing lives at the intersection of that remembering.
✨ Where devotion meets the nervous system.
✨ Where ancient wisdom meets real, human pain.
✨ Where spirituality is not an escape, but a place you can bring all of yourself, even the parts that feel too much, too messy, or too tender to be seen.
And underneath all of it…
quietly, patiently, always present…
is Krishna 💛
The deep relationship with the divine, or the God of your understanding, as something you can lean into when you feel alone. As something that meets you exactly where you are and accepts you in the totality of who you are.
This work is lineage-based, embodied, and in deep reverence to the sense of duty, responsibility, or dharma to serve others for a purpose greater than oneself 🙏
