There are moments in life where paths cross in a way that you can’t really explain… you just feel that it matters.

That’s how it’s been with Duane Morgan.

I’ve experienced it myself.

Which is why I’m so excited to share that Duane will be joining us inside Legacy of Love—offering healing sessions within the community each month and being part of this space in a deeper way 🤍

I know it doesn’t always feel easy… especially when things don’t unfold the way you hoped.

Those moments can bring up doubt, frustration, even the feeling of “am I doing this right?”

But this is part of it too.

The unexpected turns… the slower days… the times where you’re being asked to meet yourself with a little more patience and compassion.

I’m with you in that.

Because this journey isn’t about getting it perfect—
it’s about staying connected to yourself through it all.

Even here… you’re growing.
Even here… you’re becoming stronger, wiser, more grounded in who you are.

You don’t have to rush past these moments.
You’re allowed to move through them gently.

Some of what your body is holding… didn’t start with you.

It was learned.
Passed down.
Carried quietly through generations as a way to survive.

And at some point… someone becomes the one who shifts it.

The one who says:
“I honor where I come from… but I don’t continue the pain.”

That gets to be you.

These healing statements are more than words—
they’re a conversation with your body, your nervous system, and your lineage.

A gentle way of saying:
“I see what was… and I choose something different.”

pause there. That’s your body recognizing truth.

You are allowed to feel well.

It’s bold. It’s decisive. It doesn’t wait for permission.

This is the kind of energy that supports:
• starting over
• making a clear decision
• taking action on something you’ve been putting off
• choosing yourself in a new way

You might feel the urge to move, change, or finally act on something you’ve been sitting with.

That’s not random.
That’s the energy of initiation.

Instead of overthinking it, ask yourself:

That counts.
