Merry Christmas and happy holidays everyone! I hope all of you get a chance to spend quality time with your friends and fan during this season. Grateful for everyone that I connect with, and it's just nice to have people to care about and have people who care about me. Well I'm about to start enhancing him my relaxation (after some kata practice), everyone take care!

Rounding out my trip to miami, woke up early and stopped over to train this morning at with teammates and working on some technical kata refinements potential plans for next year. Thanks for having me guys I'll see you again soon.

It was a good day woke up early to visit my instructor and get some training in as well as work with and a couple of our other Panamerican Goju family. Always enjoy spending time train and sharing knowledge with each other, especially after Chris and my self came back from Norway.
My knee held up pretty good today, I am greatful it's getting stronger.
