Caring for others can be deeply rewarding, but it can also take a toll. 💛

Join therapist Erin Williams, LMHC, for Compassionate Caregivers, a six-week online therapy group designed to help adult caregivers find support, build resilience, and strengthen their own well-being while caring for someone with chronic illness, dementia, disability, or a mental health condition.

Sessions meet Mondays, 9–10 am, from November 3 to December 8. Open to Washington residents only.
