Yane Barreto, Counseling and Therapy I am a licensed mental health therapist with over 10 years of experience counseling children, teens and adults in Brazil and in the United States.

I have a strong background working with children with behavioral and emotional issues, mothers, immigrants, blended families and clients facing cultural adjustment issues. Moving internationally, migrating to a new country and belonging to or starting a multicultural or multiethnic family is a very challenging journey. I believe that having someone who has shared similar path can be helpful. I also believe that finding a counselor who can speak your primary language is a plus in taking this journey.
