YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO KARMIC RETRIBUTION!
ELEMENTARY AGED CHILDREN IN THE UNITED STATES WERE BEING TESTED FOR PSYCHIC ABILITIES UNDER COVERT “SPECIAL” ACADEMIC PROGRAMS FOR “DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN” AND PROFILED SPECIFIC NATIONALITIES THAT WERE DEEMED A “THREAT” TO NATIONAL SECURITY.
A readily available declassified CIA document searchable on their site archive is labeled “TOP SECRET” on February 7th of 1981 with the title “NOTES ON NSA ESP CONCERNS/GUIDELINES”
“The number of NSA persons with operating ESP capabilities should be isolated by type and quality. Intuitive insightful gifts, remote viewing, telepathy, mind control, precognition, clairvoyance, detection targeting, and defensive blocking”.
“After gifted persons are isolated and tested for quality of gifts they should be tested against communications and COMSEC systems to determine what they target and how effective their intelligence gathering it”
This was the first step of the psychic screening process. Determining who has extrasensory abilities, and who doesn’t starting from kindergarten to the first grade. Do you remember Rorsarch blotch tests? Were you ever asked to listen to various tones and frequencies and asked to identify them by raising your right or left hand? What about speed reading and comprehension skills? Did you drink a “pink liquid”?
“Any persons with telekinetic capabilities or problems should be isolated and studied to determine what triggers the capability, how it individually functions, what it likely targets, intensity and specific nature of field, damage effects caused, and which defensive measures are effective” (against the subject)
“The number of high grade talented psychics of various types should be isolated by type and their individual names and locations listed (especially in the US, Europe, China, and the Soviet Union and Bloc countries” ANY PERSONS WITH PROBLEMS and or telekinetic abilities were ISOLATED by nationality, type, name, and location, studied to somehow determine the limited range of isolation in which you react to. How did they find out what triggers extrasensory abilities when these senses are only triggered in life or death situations?
“Defensive measures need to be determined, isolated, and tested. Persons with such capabilities should be identified and listed as to capability, specialty, strength, etc.”
Do you remember being suspiciously taken in and out of classrooms for these gifted and talented programs for regular testing?
Do you remember the man dressed in professional attire with a large leather suitcase containing bulky headphones?
Did you eventually get kicked out of the program for not paying attention or expressing interest? “Testing of talented psychics should include complete physiological, psychological, and environmental profiles for normal and psychic functioning.
“Not only did they classify you by nationality, individual names, AND location, they also did a COMPLETE psychological, physiological, and environmental background check on you in every single aspect of your life. Including but not limited to, your family background, your home life, military recruitment, academic success, and chronic illness and disabilities.
Life insurance companies accumulate personal data that tells them which areas are most at risk for death according to these statistics, so that they know where to advertise their products.

Not only did they take you out of the GATE program, did you experience heightened experiences of bullying, abuse, and predatory behavior from multiple sources? That was not a coincidence.
As a result of this, I was targeted by at least 5+ kids in my neighborhood at Deschutes Cove, two of which were older kids in my apartment complex with a Pomeranian dog that they purposefully used to develop and initiate an increasingly predatory relationship with me.
I was upstairs on my home porch, and I heard two people downstairs whispering about whether or not they should put their dog on my footsteps. Of course my autistic ass took the phrase “Don’t judge a book by it’s cover!” literally, which eventually caused me to be molested by her behind an empty apartment renovation building with one other girl.
Luckily, after she expressed interest in a new victim, the grooming stopped but I was still left with confused and hurtful feelings after she continued to “be my friend” only after agreeing to give her financial compensation, but continuing to steal things from my house, forcing me to smoke ci******es with her, and almost letting her cut my hair.
Before they moved, they groomed the other kids in my neighborhood who were my age to “play house” and “dared” the boys to be my husband and reenact innapropiate behavior that involved taking your clothes off. I almost did not get out of that moment alive. That was the very first time in my life that I prayed for my safety.
Despite me pleading God to keep me safe, this intimidation and abuse continued on for the next 3-4 years until I moved to Lacey, Washington. During those 3-4 years, I experienced regular intimidation from my school peers, including being continuously placed in the same classroom as my abuser from kindergarten to 4th grade.
After the (racist) landlord’s finished issuing apartment reassignments and renovations, knowing that the landlord’s daughter was one of the children participating in the bullying, gives me speculation to believe that this was premeditated and definitively orchestrated by an authority figure in order to secure proximity to me and my abuser.
These situations significantly increased after I had been taken aside and tested by a man who was not a staff member at Peter G. Schmidt, nor work at the school district. I still remember his face vividly. While most adults looked at me with pity because I was wearing church donation clothes and lived in poverty, this man looked at me like I had some sort of value.
I remember being bored that day and not being able to focus, but I saw the look in his eyes when he made the determining decision whether or not to “keep me in the program”. Ultimately, he chose to take me out of the program, but with the full knowledge that I would be targeted by CIA protocol regarding “defensive measures” that forced non-GATE kids into isolation who were psychic, but still seen as a national threat by the state, tested by type, location, and individual name on a regular basis through environmental, physiological, and psychological surveillance factors. I remember that man very very very clearly 🙂↕️
