🪴 Welcome to the team, Whitley!! 🪴

This girl!! We knew from the beginning that Whitley was going to be an incredible addition to the team! She did her first week at the studio and then jumped right into training and was great from the start! She has such a passion for barre and teaching! Get ready for some fun playlists and kickass classes!

Whitley will be on the weekly schedule Tuesdays @ 9am and Fridays @ 7am (it’s back!!)!

For the first 2 weeks of December her classes are *free*!

We are so excited to welcome Kelsey to the Bohemian team! A recent graduate of Barre Teacher Training, Kelsey was a star from the beginning!! She’s been taking barre for years and is a natural at teaching! Get ready for some power packed, super fun classes from Kelsey!

She’ll be teaching Mondays @ 7am and Fridays @ 5pm!

Join us for a 90-minute prenatal workshop. Prenatal yoga can foster connection with other expecting parents, reduce stress, increase flexibility, and help prepare the body for labor. This class will help you adapt your yoga practice during pregnancy. We will discuss practical tips you take with you to confidently modify your practice in community classes, and move through a prenatal yoga practice together.
