This Fall I invite you to level up your massages. By now, we already know the best place to cozy up this time of year is on my massage table. I'm excited to announce, I've added new services to my menu:

Lymphatic Drainage/Body Sculpting
Buccal Massage

What are these services and how are they different? Let me explain...

First off, my standard 60 and 90 minute massages are still available. Monthly memberships and packages are still availabe for these services. Lymphatic Drainage is all the rage right now. I mean, who doesn't love a good before/after photo? Immediate satisfaction from visable results is pretty great, but this modality does so much more than provide good social media content. It can transform your health. The Lymphatic System is your body's natural detox and drainage network. This 2 hour massage has a specific sequence starting at the neck and head with precise massage strokes intended to pump your body's lymph nodes and flush out toxins, excess fluid and waste. For optimal results, I recommend starting with a 3 session package. Lymphatic Drainage is known for decreasing inflammation and swelling, improving immunity and gut health as well as improving skin condition.

Buccal Massage is a 30 minute add on service that includes facial massage accompanied by intra-oral work and scalp massage. Facial cupping and a hot face towel are also included. This is where I get to show off my 20+ years of being dual licensed as a massage therapist and esthetician. In this service, the goal is to scuplt using a release, drain, lift and plump strategy. This is great for jaw clenching, TMJ and headaches as well as anyone that wants some extra attention to their head and face.

I'm so grateful to be a part of your wellness journey. As my practice continues to grow and evolve, I'm making a few exciting updates starting July 1, 2025- including new pricing and services.

New Pricing (Effective July 1)

60-minute session: $175
90-minute session: $210

These changes reflect the increasing cost of providing the high-quality, therapeutic work you've come to expect. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Package Pricing: Lock In Before July 31

All current packages will remain available through July 31. This is a great opportunity to save before the new rates go into effect.

Membership begins the date of your first session and is auto debited on the 1st of each month. Payment is set up in person at your first session. Space is Limited. Once I reach capacity, new memberships will be paused to ensure availability for all members.

Lymphatic Drainage + Body Sculpting (2 hours)- $375
Detoxifying and contour-enhancing full-body treatment using advanced lymphatic drainage.

Recommended for:
post-surgical support

3-Session Package: $995
($130 savings, must be used within 60 days)

90-Minute CranioSacral Therapy- $210
A gentle yet powerful treatment for deep nervous system regulation, fascia release, and chronic tension.

Helps with:
Headaches
TMJ dysfunction
Anxiety
Trauma and pain recovery

30-Minute Buccal Massage Add-On- $95
A deeply therapeutic facial massage that includes
facial sculpting
scalp therapy
intra-oral massage (great for jaw tension, TMJ, and facial puffiness)
Add-on only- must be paired with a 60 or 90 minute session.

Happy Holidays!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support of my services. Thank you!

As the holiday season approaches, massage gift cards make the perfect gift for anyone on your list. To make Cyber Monday even sweeter, I have a 3 session package sale available through Monday 12/2. These 3 session packages are $360 for 60 minute sessions and $480 for 90 minute sessions. Packages can also be split into individual gift certificates. Plus, don’t forget to check out my membership options for ongoing care.

I still have plenty of December appointments available for you to enjoy. If you are looking for a specific day or time that’s currently booked, feel free to send me an email here and I’ll gladly add you to my waitlist.

I’m also excited to announce the weighted neck wraps I use during my sessions are also available for order through Monday 12/2. Each wrap and cover set is $50 and will be available for pick up at my office mid December.

Packages, memberships and neck wraps can be purchased in office or by online invoice. Online invoices can be requested by email, please include the quantity and item type you desire.
