Koleto Wellness Group

Koleto Wellness Group Trauma-sensitive and body positive massage. Therapeutic and relaxing work for pain relief and stress relief. My intuitive, committed touch heals and comforts.

I''m Katrina Koleto, Licensed Massage Practitioner, and it's my deepest Joy to be a facilitator of health and wellness. A lifetime of kinesthetic interest has led me to many pursuits, including a dance minor in college, a year as a group fitness instructor, and several years as a Physical Therapy aide. But no path has ever been made my spirit soar as much as massage therapy. In massage, my interes

t in movement & structure combines with my desire to help my community reach for higher levels of wellness. When I give massage, not only do I see my client’s mood transform each time they are on the table, but also I see their bodies transform over time as we work together on chronic issues. The smiling faces and repeat bookings just reinforce what I already know-- when I do this work, I am living inside my Dharma. In addition to massage, movement therapy has been a longtime passion of mine. I have a background in dance choreography, fitness instruction, and PT assisting; those experiences blend with my education in a variety of movement practices, from Tai Chi to Zumba to Yoga, to support my current movement classes and workshops. More than just a teacher, I am a gentle guide, helping my clients and students reconnect with their bodies in profound ways that lead to better health, greater satisfaction, and deeper self-expression. I offer treatment-focused and relaxation massages, tailoring my work to suit the needs of each individual. Types of massage/healing I offer:
Swedish
Myofascial release
Deep tissue
Neuromuscular Re-education
Intuitive massage

Reiki
Energy work

Happy Equinox (a couple days late)! I truly love Fall. Planting bulbs, Rosh Hashanah, back to school-- it truly feels like a time of new beginnings.

Anyway, if you are needing a massage, and you have managed to avoid the viral crud that's going around, I have a few unexpected openings this week!

Despite the warm weather, the nip of fall is in the air, so I got a new doormat at home to celebrate the autumnal equinox. :) I love this time of year: planting bulbs, Rosh Hashanah, back to school-- Fall is a time of so many new beginnings!

It's one of those brief moments when I have some space for new clients, which means it's a good time to come in yourself if you have been meaning to, or recommend me to someone you love. Happy Solstice! ☀️

I took my friend Saara out for a tasty vegan lunch at Cafe Flora, to celebrate her graduation this past weekend. She was delighted at the way my glasses matched the strawberry on my beautiful drink.

I’ve been using it for years, offering in-home pet care for a free place to stay, and I’ve known a lot of people to use it to find sitters too.

Use this link to join with 25% off (and I’ll get two free months of membership for every person who signs up with my discount link).

"When your vehicle is also your home and safe place, the stakes are much higher when a repair is needed. A car that won’t start can mean missing work and potentially losing your employment; it can mean not being able to move from an unsafe location. Not being able to afford basic safety repairs can mean putting off a brake job that could lead to an accident and losing your shelter. Transportation is often overlooked when discussing equality, access, and basic needs. Together, we can ensure that the conversation about equity includes access to reliable transportation. " -Eli Allison of Auto Repair Transformation

The mission of Auto Repair Transformation is to close the equity gap in the automotive repair industry by removing barriers to access, inspiring marginalized people to enter and thrive in the industry, and advocating for inclusive and equitable environments. We primarily serve and address the needs....

Our Story

I'm Katrina Koleto, Licensed Massage Therapist, and it's my deepest Joy to be a facilitator of health and wellness. A lifetime of kinesthetic interest has led me to many body-focused pursuits throughout the years, including a dance minor in college, a year as a group fitness instructor, and several years as a Physical Therapy aide.

Eventually, I was working as a caregiver for a man who was partially paralyzed by a spinal cord injury. His Physical & Occupational Therapists and Massage Therapists taught me several bodywork techniques that I used with this client daily, to improve his function. Eventually, it dawned on me that doing this bodywork with my client was my favorite part of the day, and that with a little training, I could make bodywork my primary occupation.
