I bring over 30 years of experience to help you meet your goals. Joanne Hughes, OT/L, CHT - I bring experience and compassion to my work in upper extremity rehabilitation. I am a 3rd generation Seattleite and a graduate of the University of Washington. In 1997 I became Board Certified in Hand Therapy. Certified Hand Therapists can be Physical or Occupational Therapists.
