You know that feeling of living in two worlds?

The old country lives in your bones. Your mother tongue still shapes how you
think, even when you speak English. You carry stories your grandparents
whispered, fears they survived, dreams they had for you.

And this new place - you've learned its language, its rules, its rhythm. You
can perform belonging here. You know exactly what to say, how to act, which
parts of yourself to show and which to hide.

But here's what no one talks about:

Somewhere in the navigation between those two worlds, you stopped belonging
to either one.

You're too "Americanized" when you go back home.
Too "foreign" when you're here.

What if you didn't have to choose?

What if there was space to explore how you bridge those two worlds?

"Ancestral Roots - New Ground" is a 6-month somatic process group for
immigrants and first-generation individuals ready to stop living in the gap
between worlds and start building a bridge.
