We had so much fun hosting our 2nd annual CMNH Carnival for Seattle childrens patients! 🎪🎡 S/O to for co-hosting and a big thank you to everyone who donated! We were able to raise almost $1,000 for uncompensated care for Seattle Childrens patients and families ❤️ @ UW Phi Mu

With recruitment coming up it’s always nice to look back and share our own experiences, here’s what Olivia had to share:
“I went phi mu because during recruitment every time I visited the house I felt welcomed and like I could be myself. I had no idea what to expect coming into greek life let alone college, and phi mu has been there for me every step of the way. I am so grateful to have met my best friends and made lifelong memories at my home away from home!”

Major: Industrial and Systems Engineering

Plans for the future: Working at Honeywell Aerospace in the integrated supply chain rotational development program

Hobbies: Spending time with friends/family, watching and playing soccer, drinking coffee, running, traveling

Favorite Phi Mu memory: Sisterhood retreats and overall just living in the house with all the crazy & random stuff that goes on there!

Plans for the future: Taking the summer to travel and enjoy being out of school. Then who knows 🙃

Major: Speech and Hearing Science + Early Childhood and Family Studies

Plans for the future: Start graduate school in the fall at Syracuse University to earn an AuD.

Hobbies: Hanging with friends, baking, crafting, traveling and watching YouTube

Favorite Phi Mu memory: Every single Bid Day! Love welcoming home new sisters!!!

Advice: "Say yes to every opportunity given to you- you never know what new experiences can lead you to!"

Senior Shoutout goes to Audrey Miller!

Major: Public Health

Plans for the future: Working at Seattle children’s, and then going to medical school!

Hobbies: Baking, traveling, spending time outdoors

Favorite Phi Mu memory: Probably sisterhood retreats because I love getting away with everyone for a while, playing games, and getting to know my sisters better!

Advice: "My advice is to take good care of yourself and do as many spontaneous, fun things as you can during your collegiate experience because those years go by SO fast!!"

Major: Environmental and Occupational Health

Plans for the future: Internship this summer and research project in NC. Pharmacy school afterwards!

Hobbies: DJing, going to music festivals, stand up comedy shows, dance, traveling, water sports

Fav Phi Mu memory: Road tripping to Oregon for my first Away game with my PC sisters!!

Advice: "My advice would be to never let someone or something hold you back from going after what you want. No one should ever make you feel like you can’t achieve something. You are always going to be your toughest critique so remember that hardships will build your greatest qualities and to always be there for those in need. Empathy is essential! College is hard!"

Senior Shoutout goes to Madison Severson!

Major: Psychology major, dance minor

Plans for the future: Hopefully work at a preschool in Tacoma next year and apply for masters programs for social work!

Hobbies: Dancing, sounders games, going for walks, going to new coffee shops, watching TV, reading, working at my research lab

Fav Phi Mu memory: My favorite Phi Mu memories are the nights were your roommates and you are up just talking and laughing until two in the morning.

Fun fact: My favorite food is grilled cheese with tomatoes :)

Major: Education, Community, and Organization
Minor: Political Science

Plans for the future: I am joining Teach For America and moving to Delaware. I will be a teacher this September.

Hobbies: I live spending time with friends and family. Especially my dog Rosko.

Favorite Phi Mu memory: My favorite memory is going to Georgia for the Phi Mu Leadership Institute. More importantly though I have loved making life long friends in Phi Mu.

Major: Graduating from the Foster School of Business with a concentration in Finance

Plans for the future: I'll be working in institutional investment management at UBS here in Seattle.

Hobbies: Love to golf, travel, try new restaurants, and get drinks with the girls!

Fav Phi Mu memory: Game days with my sisters!

Advice: "If I were to give some advice, it would be to not take living with your best friends for granted. Make the most memories that you can, and make sure those memories are filled with love & laughter. "

Major: Social Welfare, with a minor in Human Rights

Plans for the future: Pursuing a career in Clinical Social Work

Hobbies: My hobbies include exploring new places, binge watching movies, puppy spotting, and spending time with friends and family.

Favorite Phi Mu memory: My favorite Phi Mu memory is convincing Jessica Renee Burlin to travel around Europe with me in summer 2017, the best memories and person to spend summer with! We made it to Rome, Venice, Barcelona, and Berlin!
