Seattle community,

The Champions recently learned that our local Salvation Army in White Center is very short on bell ringing volunteers, and that if they can't fill a slot with a volunteer, they have to pay someone to do it which obviously cuts into the amount raised.

The money raised goes directly to our community. This is a wonderful way to give back.

Please consider volunteering (especially now with SNAP benefits being cut). Use the link below to sign up to ring the bell for a couple hours.

Last week we had an awesome close by last year’s leadership and we reached goal! Yay Erin, Emily, and Nancy!
Tomorrow enters this year’s leadership team, lead by James Hale of Skyway Security Insurance.

It was just a few weeks ago that the manual was handed off to James. Now here we go!

That's a wrap, folks!
Ending our leadership term on such a high note. The West Seattle Champions just blew by our stretch goal and tallied $1,290,238 in TYFCB!

Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to get us there, especially my side kicks Nancy Spiro and Erin MacCoy, who gave tirelessly of themselves week after week for 52 weeks to lead this chapter to big things. I'm so proud of us.

Wishing the next leadership team a smooth transition. We are here to support you, and are looking forward to what you will bring to the Champions this next term.
