This webinar was so good it made our head spin. Dizzy, off balanced light headed? PwPs often attribute these symptoms to the disease but teasing out what’s caused by PD and what may be coming from vestibular issues is key to improvement. We are very thankful to have on our staff to help folks out in the clinic and to present this wonderful talk. Check it out on DDPD today.

Had a great time meeting these wonderful folks at .bl in Ballard yesterday. They’ve incorporated workouts into a daily group class and they like it so much they decided to grow a Mariners mustache just like me. Guess I didn’t get the memo and shaved mine early but I’m now inspired to bring it back!!! Thanks for the laughs and keep up the good work, y’all!

did a great job today with the second annual YOPDCon. Great speakers, upbeat energy and powerful knowledge shared! More events are needed like this one. Shout out to for having me on their podcast (my first ever). Looking forward to seeing where this event goes in the coming years!!

We had a blast with Mat in the clinic as a student PT over the last 7 weeks. He got out of the Texas heat and got a taste of the PNW in the fall. Thanks for all your hard work, Mat. You did a great job of connecting with our patients and progressing your skills. Hope the trip back is safe and best of luck in your residency!

Great vibes today in Kirkland with the amazing and the awesome crew at ! Huge shoutout to our wonderful patient Amy for being part of the demo videos. It was a blast watching such skilled, positive people in action. Can’t wait to see how this course turns out!

Here’s to Russ! Our Mover of the Month. He gets to raise the trident for starting therapy and putting everything Jennie has taught him into his home program in just a handful of sessions. He’s now walking daily and has brought his and shaved 7 minutes off of his normal time by focusing on arm swing and bigger steps. Just like our Seattle Mariners he is resilient, focused and is figuring out how to against all odds! Here’s to you Russ!

One of the best thing about our job as PTs is we get to meet amazing people and learn their stories. Ken has been telling Jennie about his pride and joy baby blue Mustang he has had for over 50 years and kept in mint condition. He brought it in for his session today. It brings a lot of joy to help people along their journey with this disease but really means a lot to get to know who they are as a person and their passions. Socializing and exercising is a good combo! ❤️
