This month marked the successful conclusion of our Clinical Operations Support Services engagement in Louisiana at Lane Regional Medical Center.
Over the course of 4 months engagement at this site, our team directly participated in the care and treatment of 987 patients, while also providing critical clinical and operational support to the local physician teams. In total, 987 lives were impacted, and care delivery was strengthened across Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, and Rehabilitation Services.
Beyond direct patient care, our team provided strategic clinical guidance to local leadership, contributing to stronger clinical operations, improved care coordination, and a more resilient care team.
