Wellness for Washington Women We're located in the U-District of Seattle near the University of Washington (UW) campus.

3W Medical for Women is a nationally accredited non-profit women's reproductive health clinic staffed by licensed medical professionals. We provide free-of-charge medical-grade pregnancy testing and well woman exams (including breast exam, pelvic exam, and Pap smear if needed), as well as low-cost STD & STI testing, evidence-based education about your reproductive health, and outside referrals for continued medical care and social services. 3W Medical was born from dissatisfaction with the state of modern women’s healthcare and the desire to give women something better.

After being dismissed and put down by various medical professionals over her reproductive health concerns, our CEO, Helen, created the 3W clinic with the intention to make sure that every patient who came through the door was fully seen and heard.

Years later, 3W continues to serve women who are seeking answers, education, and true empowerment over their health.

Women deserve this kind of healthcare.

Get to know another one of our incredible 3W clinicians, Dr. Adeola Mead, ND!

Dr. Mead received a Bachelor of Science in biology from St. Francis Xavier University and a professional degree in naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University. She is trained in the FEMM and RHRI protocols for the diagnosis and treatment of women’s health. Besides serving as one of 3W’s medical providers, she maintains a private practice in Seattle and is a corporate wellbeing speaker and consultant. She enjoys spending time with her loved ones, cooking (and eating) delicious food, and playing outside.

Presenting a long overdue introduction of our wonderful Clinic Manager, Rose!

Rose joined the 3W team in September of 2025.

Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Rose earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franciscan University in Steubenville, Ohio. As a Registered Nurse, she brings to 3W both a passion for women’s health and a commitment to excellence in patient support. Outside of work, Rose enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time with her family.

From answering phones to managing clinician schedules, Rose works hard behind the scenes to ensure that clinic operations run smoothly every single day. Thank you so much for all of your work, Rose!

Unboxing our Safety Date-Night kits!

On Valentine’s Day week, we wanted to promote safe going-out practices for the local UW student community. The kit features several items such as:

• Drink spike test
• Antiperspirant wipes

We passed out our kits to nearby sororities and got to meet several amazing, strong, and intelligent women at UW.
