Here's a simple action that yields tremendous physical results... Pick up to three movements a day which you would like to work on. Set a timer on your phone (my favorite app is Timer+) for a specific amount of time and don't go to sleep until the timer reads 0:00 for the day. You will see the most effective results from spacing out time spent in each movement throughout the day (don't make it into a workout and get it finished all in one go). The trick!? You have to do it everyday.
