Founded in May 2013, Primaltrust is defining the evolutionary practice of Whole Health Healing. We believe all individuals are ultimately responsible for the landscape of their lives, by making moment-to-moment choices, creating patterns and trends. Through workshops and individual/group consultations, we reveal the tight coupling between feeling connected (to self, others, something greater); human centered care (food, drink, play, sleep, sexuality, curiosity, movement); meaning & purpose (spirituality); work/life balance; and surroundings (workspace, home). With our deep understanding of and respect for metaresearch, food history, nutrition and its effects on the body, physiology, trial and error, and the psychology of change, Primaltrust teaches an enriched way of being. Primaltrust starts with understanding and changing yourself — then, sustaining your true self in a relationship (between), in a modern family and village (among), and in a world without limits (beyond).

💛 COURAGEOUS YIN YOGA 💛
As I prepare for the final 3 classes of our beloved class, my heart is simultaneously grateful, and a bit sad. This class was born out of my Seva (selfless service). We practiced IN PERSON before, through the pandemic, and after. Bernard Swiftkick Robinson (3X World Kickboxing Champion) and owner of Swiftkick MMA & Boxing donated the space, Ryan Coogler referred all this CrossFit Solid Orange members to my class; everyone welcomed, no experience needed. It has been pure joy for me to expose the community to functional yin yoga.

Remember...

I’m finally going it, WB McDade! Many moons ago, my co-worker gifted me his mom’s SINGER sewing machine. It’s a beauty. I’m taking her in for a tune/up, printed the manual.

I have so many sewing projects collecting dust. Looking forward to the joy of creating tailored, fun clothes!

Part of Greg’s b-day gift was a cooking course (Offally Good Cooking Masterclass) taught by the delightful Janine Farzin - https://liverloverchallenge.com/. Check out her website; she is incredible.

We have been talking about nose-to-tail cooking for years - our journey to consuming organs begins!

Janine challenged me to try raw liver… ✅
It tasted mild, like a rare steak. Then I took the tiny packet of chicken heart, gizzard, and liver - sautéed it in garlic and butter… pretty good. Today I made liver pâté - recipe from Weston A Price. Pretty yum on a rice cracker.

When I was a kid, my mom made ‘liver and onions.’ There wasn’t enough ketchup on the planet for me to eat it without a scowl. Mom knew what was good for us.

Cheers to you, mom - my inspiration!

I completed the 7-day Liver and Gallbladder cleanse… there are no photos of the process. 🤣

A lovely time was had by all at our Gratitude Breakfast. To our delight, gifted delicious coffee warmth, wowed everyone with savory sambusas & chai, and International Food Market added the perfect sweetness with their pistachio baklava! appreciates everyone who goes above and beyond for our artist-scholars. I’m so proud of us, and the team work ahead to enhance our learning environment and shine the brightest possible light on our students’ talents!
