Hello everyone, we have exciting news: the QuHAC website is launching SOON! We have now finalized our Provider Questionnaire. If you are a provider and would like to be included on our online database, please fill out this form. We want all providers who work with LGBTQ folks to be included: MDs, LMHCs, naturopaths, acupuncturists, doulas, etc.
