Congratulations to Dr. Mark Belanger on his third year as Lincoln High School’s swim head coach.

Over the past three seasons, Lincoln has produced multiple individual state qualifiers and state relay teams while rewriting the record book, including new marks in the 200 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle, 500 Freestyle, 100 Butterfly, and 400 Freestyle Relay.

Meet Shanay, a dedicated athlete on the road to recovery from ACL surgery, with his sights set on returning to the soccer field. In our latest video, you'll see Shanay working hard to stiffen his trunk, making his lower extremity movements more predictable and controlled.Shanay's commitment to practicing outside the office is truly paying off—he's shown remarkable improvement in both form and confidence, even mastering complex moves like the deadlift. Strengthening his quads and hamstrings is just the first step in building the power he'll need to dominate on the pitch.I’m super proud of Shanay’s effort and progress!
