What we say on the inside shows up on the outside.
We start to believe the mental messages we have on repeat, and what we’ve come to believe tends to align us with events and relationships that match those beliefs.
Remember, you can revise and update what you believe—especially what you believe about yourself.
Experiment with this. Find five things you believe about yourself or your situation that are untrue, or no longer true. Then compose a different mantra, chant, or message to say instead.
Be consistent, be in charge of your thoughts and beliefs. Watch what transforms!
